Cooling
As the freshly produced bread products come hot out of the oven, they are sent onto a cooling conveyor. Judging on the size of the product the conveyor is set at different speeds. The Cooling process is in place to cool down the products temperature to a level that is optimum for packaging.
We put great emphasis on our ability to cool the product prior to packaging since a product that is packaged at a high temperature can lead to moisture condensation in the wrapper.
